b\u00fasqueda de Soluciones a problem\u00e1ticas p\u00fablicas con el conocimiento de los grupos de valor y as\u00ed resolver los desaf\u00edos de las entidades, de modo que se establezcan redes de cooperaci\u00f3n y sinergias que permitan comprender las problem\u00e1ticas o necesidades de una poblaci\u00f3n particular, abrir canales para recibir ideas y propuestas de soluci\u00f3n y lograr la selecci\u00f3n final de las m\u00e1s viables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">La ESE Barrancabermeja basados en los aportes e ideas recibidos y que sirven de insumo para tomar decisiones que beneficien a los usuarios y grupos de inter\u00e9s en soluciones de necesidades espec\u00edficas tales como mejoras en accesibilidad y calidad a los servicios
